What do leading family offices really do differently? This program gives principals and single family office executives from the DACH region an unusually candid look inside the decision-making logic, organizational structures, and real dilemmas around responsibility, genuine impact, and long-term resilience.
Conducted entirely in German, it operates in a fully protected, peer-only environment, exclusively for principals and single family office executives. Organized in partnership with the University of St.Gallen (HSG), this is the only program of its kind for the German-speaking family office community.
Key aspects
Auf Deutsch: Conducted entirely in German. Exclusively for principals and single family office executives from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Safe space built on trust: CSP's proven circle-of-trust format. A protected setting with a strict non-solicitation policy. What's shared in the room, stays in the room.
Your questions drive the agenda: Sessions are interactive and built around participants’ challenges, prioritizing discussions and their questions over a pre-set slide deck.
Real case studies, not theory: Aurum Impact, WEGA Invest, and Viessmann Generations Group share their actual journeys. The goals they set, the structures they chose, and the trade-offs they made.
Your roadmap: You leave with an individualized action plan, developed with your peers and grounded in your specific context.
