Knowledge gaps, limited capabilities, and lack of support networks constrain wealth holders' impact, both the resources they deploy and their real-world effectiveness. CSP tackles these obstacles through rigorous research on critical questions, highly curated training based on insights and practical experience, and strategic engagement with alumni and the ecosystem to achieve greater impact. These interconnected elements form an ongoing, upward spinning cycle we visualize as the "CSP Flywheel."

Research
We research how to mobilize private wealth holders and ensure their actions have the most positive real-world impact. We do so via our in-house applied and academic research teams and in close collaboration with mission-aligned researchers who stand for excellence. Our research lays the foundation for the rest of our work, informed by recurring questions from our training programs and unprecedented access to data.
Train
We create and deliver highly intentional training programs based on science and practice, tailored to the specific needs of wealth holders. Our focus is on achieving maximum real-world impact by empowering participants to catalyze meaningful change. Our programs connect participants to people, ideas, and tools that maximize long-term impact, helping wealth holders advance wherever they are in their journey.
Engage
We foster a vibrant community of around 300 wealth holder alumni globally and build trusted partnerships with key wealth holder communities and networks. We believe in "radical collaboration" and constantly seek opportunities to help build the ecosystem and support mission-aligned actors and organizations.
