Yoga Kavinesh

Yoga Kavinesh is a senior learning and development leader with extensive experience delivering strategic talent development programmes across the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East. Prior to joining CSP, he served as Team Lead at Alpha Development, where he managed a training portfolio for global financial institutions, including international investment banks, regional banks, and leading asset and wealth management organisations. His work focused on early careers development and professional capability building, with an emphasis on the delivery of learning solutions that support organisational performance and long-term workforce transformation.

Prior to joining Alpha Development, Yoga held roles at Golden Equator Group, the Wealth Management Institute and Nanyang Technological University. His experience includes executive education, degree programme management, capability frameworks for ultra-high net worth families, and the development of international partnerships with state banks, regulators, and sovereign wealth funds.

Yoga holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
