Oda Heister

With 18 years at Ashoka, as co-founder of Club Neues Geben and a board member of several non-profit organizations, Oda has spent her career mobilizing entrepreneurs, capital, and communities for systemic change. She understands firsthand what it takes to shift philanthropic culture — and why wealth holders need trusted spaces to develop as stewards. She joins the CSP Foundation Board to support the organization in its mission to turn that conviction into impact at scale.
