As a fifth-generation member (G5) of VP Capital, Guus served as Managing Director of the family office from 2009 to 2023. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Strategic & Family Matters at VP Capital, a Dutch-Belgian family office committed to sustainability and impact for years. He sits on the executive board of Mediahuis and serves as a Supervisory Board member for Batenburg Techniek and VP Textile, bringing his expertise to diverse sectors. Guus' academic background includes studying economics and earning a Master's degree from VLEKHO Business School Brussels. He began his career in banking before transitioning into the family business in 2003.
