Britta Gruenig
Founder & Managing Director , Gruenig & Partners GmbH
Britta Gruenig is a catalyst for regenerative transformation, partnering with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, couples, and families to align inner transformation with outer impact. With 18 years of experience and more than 2,000 coaching sessions worldwide, she helps wealth holders navigate identity, purpose, privilege, and legacy, cultivating conscious leadership and regenerative family cultures.
Before founding her own practice, Britta spent over a decade at UBS, most recently as Program Director of UBS Dialogue, where she pioneered the integration of purpose, legacy, and impact into successor dialogues across global family offices.
At CSP, Britta was the inaugural Head of Wealth Holder Programs, where she shaped many of the interactive and community-building elements that define the participant and alumni experience today. She founded — and continues to lead — the Personal Development Program, coaching wealth holders on their personal inner journey to impact as part of CSP’s education programs. She also designs and facilitates innovative transformative sessions for CSP’s Systems Change and Multicapital Programs.
Internationally, she speaks and facilitates transformative learning at MIT, Harvard, Katapult Future Fest, FBN Impact, the SDG Tent (WEF), Impact Week, and more. She was also a Founding Board Member of the Coalition for Impact, the global alliance of wealth-for-impact networks (The ImPact, Toniic, CSP, Katapult, BMW Foundation, Generation Pledge).
Britta holds a BSc from the University of St. Gallen, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and has lived in China, Singapore, and India. An artistic mother of two based in Switzerland, she brings the spirit of the “sacred clown” — playfulness, humor, and embodied creativity — into her transformational work.
