Astrid Leyssens is on the sounding board of Sustainable Progress at VP Capital, a Dutch-Belgian family office committed to sustainability and impact for years. Astrid also provides strategic consultancy on topics such as sustainability, impact and communication for NGOs, impact ventures, impact funds, family offices and companies committing to solutions for societal and planetary challenges with We Are Impact Collective. Astrid holds a Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility. She is a seasoned impact investor and studied impact investing at Oxford University. She is a true believer of businesses as a force for good. Astrid is board member at PYMWYMIC (impact fund on food systems), WeForest (planting trees around the globe), Blenders (impact incubator for societal issues), and is member of the Investment Committee of Shaping impact (impact fund on poverty and inclusion in Benelux).
