I've spent the last decade working alongside wealth holders across Asia, and I keep hearing the same question: "How do I actually do this—responsibly, credibly, at scale?" The intention is there, the urgency real, but the pathway from conviction to action remains frustratingly unclear for many.
Here's what makes this moment different: Asia is no longer playing catch-up. We're entering a decisive decade where the region's wealth holders, family offices, and financial institutions have a genuine opportunity to lead—not follow—the global shift toward purpose-driven capital.
The numbers tell part of the story. Asia will see one of history's largest intergenerational wealth transfers over the next 10 - 15 years. Research from Cerulli Associates projects that trillions of dollars will transfer between generations across Asia-Pacific, as first-generation entrepreneurs—particularly in China and Southeast Asia—pass wealth to next-gen leaders asking fundamentally different questions about legacy and impact.
But numbers alone don't capture what I see happening on the ground: a growing community of families who refuse to choose between financial returns and meaningful impact. Wealth managers rethinking their advisory models. Regulators in Singapore and beyond building the infrastructure for sustainable finance. Entrepreneurs solving real-world problems at the intersection of profit and purpose.
The question is no longer whether Asia's wealth will shape the future. It's whether we'll do so intentionally—with clarity, courage, and collaboration.
That's why CSP is convening the EPIC Gathering this March in Singapore. Not as another panel circuit, but as a space for honest dialogue, peer learning, and practical action. A place where wealth holders can pause, reflect alongside others on similar journeys, and gain the frameworks and confidence to deploy capital in ways that truly align with their values.
Because if not now, when? And if we don't create these spaces for collective learning and courageous action, who will?
Asia's moment is here. The infrastructure is being built. The community is forming. The only question that remains is: Will you be part of shaping what comes next?
Your invitation to lead
EPIC isn't for everyone. It's for those ready to move beyond intention into informed, courageous action. For those who recognize that the questions we ask about wealth, legacy, and stewardship today will shape the world our children inherit.
If that resonates with where you are in your journey, we'd love to welcome you.
Space is limited. Day 1 (public gathering): 100 participants. Days 2-3 (closed-door experience): 50 participants.
